Isabelle (Shipley) Buoni

Isabelle Shipley Buoni, age 93 of Reynoldsburg, died July 16, 2021, at Parkside Danbury Village in Westerville.  She was born on May 23, 1928, in Fairview, OH to the late Clarence and Ava Arnold Shipley. Also preceding her was her husband Emilio Buoni and 5 sisters: Hazel Hope, Martha Jane Smylie, Ada Folz, Ruth Ann Busche, & Kathryn Blamble. 4 Brothers: Harold, Robert, Willard, and William.

Isabelle grew up on a dairy farm near Fairview and moved to Columbus, Oh in 1946 after graduating from Madison High School. She loved country music, seamstress projects, spending time in her flower garden and the rooting for the Yankees her favorite baseball team.

She is survived by her four children, Jim (Anne) Buoni, Joe (Erla) Buoni, Barbara (Dale) Kezer and Nanette (Keith) Windle: Seven Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren.

The family thanked the staff at Capital City Hospice and Parkside Village for all their warm and generous care. Cotner Funeral Home oversaw cremation. All services to be held privately for Isabelle’s family.

Bond Funeral Home, Londonderry oversaw local arrangement with burial at Fairview Cemetery, August 12th.
